  • Design & Build
    A Design & Build service has a single-point responsibility (including legal) and is used to minimize risks for the project owner and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project.
  • Interior Design
    Every member of the team has a great passion for spaces and creating a beautiful environment. With an extensive partnership with contributors and professionals like furniture distributors, and lighting or acoustic engineers, we have a strong background to deliver custom-made, high-quality solutions.
  • Master Planning
    Based on the considerable amount of professional experience on master planning projects gathered in our previous periods of collaborations at other architectural firms in the last two decades, our team is confidently looking to take on larger-scale projects, or even urban design (master planning).
  • Cost Calculation
    Design is about finding the optimal balance between vision and budget. Cost calculations and scheduling are important parts of our services.
  • Building Survey
    We carry out diagnostic examinations and/or surveying of an existing building should you want to alter it, or expand it, perhaps its structural integrity is in question. We can aid in mapping out the necessary building maintenance and/or facility management tasks.
  • Energy Efficiency

  • 3D Printing and Prototyping
    As designers, we use 3D printers to quickly create building or product models and prototypes, but they're increasingly being used to make final products, as well. Among the items made with 3D printers are shoe designs, furniture, decorations, wax castings for making jewelry, tools, tripods, gift and novelty items, and toys.
